Calipsa was compatible with multiple camera brands and monitoring station setups in order to keep up with a well-established security industry. However, with this flexibility we found some customers struggled integrating their old technology with our cloud-based platform.

Using e-mails and PDFs to document information is not scalable, Calipsa needed a way to assist customers at scale, without the need for bespoke emails or documentation.

I designed a section of the product dedicated to helping users connect cameras, find answers to common questions, and give feedback. Each page is designed to scale with the product and the number of cameras Calipsa is compatible with.

I used the final designs to create a prototype for testing and updating the Calipsa team on progress so the design was transparent for future implementation.
