Calipsa was compatible with multiple camera brands and monitoring station setups in order to keep up with a well-established security industry. However, with this flexibility we found some customers struggled integrating their old technology with our cloud-based platform.

Using e-mails and PDFs to document information is not scalable, Calipsa needed a way to assist customers at scale, without the need for bespoke emails or documentation.


I used the final designs to create a prototype for testing and updating the Calipsa team on progress so the design was transparent for future implementation.
